What we keep,and where.
Use public or non-confidential data during the pilot: annual reports, the sample, your own practice models. Don't upload anything your client agreements don't allow.
Your data in the pilot.
- Where it is stored
- Your workspaces, files and sign-in live on MIDMEN's development hub (Supabase, Singapore). PDFs you attach are stored privately in their workspace.
- Who runs the AI
- From Claude: your own Claude account. In the Office pane (Draft, Fix, Connect): Anthropic's API, outside India; Anthropic does not train on it and deletes it within 30 days. Or your workspace's own key.
- What the AI sees
- Labels, numbers and sentences it needs to draft or fix. It never writes a number: every figure is filled in from Excel.
- Emails
- Sent by Resend: sign-in codes from [email protected], workspace invitations from [email protected].
- Problem reports
- Kept on the same hub. Only Tidu reads them.
- This website
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies. No other tracking.
- When the pilot ends
- Pilot accounts and their data are deleted when the public trial starts, and the Claude connector address changes then (you'll add the new one).
How it is guarded.
- Workspaces
- Row-level security on the hub: you see only the workspaces you are a member of, with your role (owner, editor or viewer).
- Keys and tokens
- Connection tokens, sign-in tokens for Claude and invite codes are stored as SHA-256 hashes only. A workspace's own AI key is kept encrypted in Supabase Vault, set by an owner, and never shown again.
- Write access for Claude
- Off unless you tick it when you connect.
- Audit trail
- Publishing, fixing, approving, stamping and every connector call are recorded with who did it and when.
- Stamps
- A stamp records the version a file was checked against and the file's SHA-256 fingerprint. Any edit changes the fingerprint, so a stamp only vouches for the exact file that was checked.
- Limits
- Requests are rate-limited, and the pilot's own AI has a monthly spending cap.
Not yet.
- Certifications
- MIDMEN has no SOC 2 or other certification today.
- Production hub
- The pilot runs on a development hub. A production hub in Mumbai is planned for the public trial.
- Platforms
- Office on Mac and on the web are not part of the pilot.
